3. ADVERTISING
Non-subscribed users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. The application may serve personalized advertisements, which may use your device's advertising identifier and usage data, or non-personalized advertisements. The advertising model may change over time, and any material changes will be communicated through an update to this Privacy Policy.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the use of your data for advertising purposes as described above. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements and their data is not used for advertising targeting within the application.
4. INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share personal data in the following situations:
• With Apple or Google, for subscription billing and entitlement management
• With RevenueCat, for subscription tracking and entitlement management
• With Google AdMob, for the delivery of advertisements to non-subscribed users
• With Supabase, which provides our backend infrastructure including database, authentication, and file storage
• To comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights
• To detect or prevent fraud or security issues
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, where your data remains protected
5. DATA SECURITY
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your learning progress — is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. We may also retain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.
